How to replace the radiator hose on 2005 Chevrolet Classic?

Before replacing the outlet Radiator hose, drain the entire cooling system of the engine. Grab the hose clamp on the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet (4) with the j 38185 and pivot it away from the surge tank. Remove the hose (6) from the surge tank. Next, open the cooling hose clamp in the area with the j 38185 and move it away from the Cylinder Head before taking out the hose. The j 38185 is needed to detach the Radiator hose (6) from the Radiator by repositioning and then releasing the Radiator hose clamp (7). After that, join the hose (6) to the Radiator and fasten the Radiator hose clamp (7) over the Radiator by using the j 38185 tool. After that, attach the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose (6) to the Cylinder Head and put the j 38185 into the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose clamp (5) on the Cylinder Head. Place the remaining hose (6) onto the surge tank and secure the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose clamp (4) properly. Afterward, you should fill the cooling system.
