How to replace the outlet radiator hose on 2004 Chevrolet Classic?

The first step is to drain the cooling system before replacing the surge tank outlet / Radiator outlet hose. Pull the surge tank outlet / Radiator outlet hose clamp (4) down with the j 38185 and take out the surge tank outlet / Radiator outlet hose (6) located on the tank. Move the Radiator Hose clamp (5) to the Cylinder Head by using the j 38185 and remove the hose (6) from the Cylinder Head. Once more, slide the j 38185 over the Radiator Hose (6) to disconnect it from the Radiator. First, attach the surge tank outlet / Radiator outlet hose (6) to the Radiator and then use the j 38185 to reinstall the Radiator Hose clamp (7). Following that, fasten the remaining hose (6) onto the Cylinder Head and place the surge tank outlet / Radiator outlet hose clamp (5) on the cylinder. The last step is to attach the hose (6) to the surge tank and secure the surge tank outlet / Radiator outlet hose clamp (4) with the j 37018 to the surge tank surge prior to system refilling.
