    A: Drain all coolant while recovering refrigerant as the first step to replace the Radiator. Position the Radiator outlet hose clamp to a new location by using hose clamp pliers (J 38185). Start by disconnecting the outlet Radiator Hose from the Radiator and after that proceed to remove the transmission cooler lines. Start by lowering the vehicle and removing the cooling fan followed by detachment of the Radiator vent inlet hose and the Radiator itself. Then proceed to remove the bolts that secure the condenser to the Radiator before disuniting the condenser part. Installation requires users to mount the condenser onto the Radiator and tighten its bolts to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.). Install the Radiator together with the cooling fan and elevate the vehicle. Position the outlet Radiator Hose to its mount on the Radiator before securing it with hose clamp pliers (J 38185). After lowering the vehicle you must install the vent inlet hose while connecting the transmission cooler lines. Then fill the cooling system.
