Begin by taking off the Fan Shroud then lift up the vehicle. Hose clamp pliers (J 38185) should be used to move the outlet hose clamp away from the Radiator before taking out the outlet Radiator Hose from its position. First lower the vehicle while removing the transmission cooler lines from the Radiator. After that remove the Radiator vent inlet hose from the Radiator despite a low vehicle position. Once you finish removing the Radiator mounting bracket bolt it becomes possible to remove the Radiator mount, the grill and the condenser mounting bolts to free the condenser from the Radiator so you can extract the Radiator. Start by mounting the Radiator followed by the condenser to the Radiator while simultaneously securing condenser bolts to the Radiator at 28 n.m (21 lb ft). Fitting the grille required steps of reinstalling the Radiator mount bracket and the Radiator mounting bracket bolt followed with bolt tightening to 28 n.m (21 lb ft). With the aid of hose clamp pliers (J 38185), install the Radiator outlet hose to the Radiator and lower the vehicle before attaching transmission cooler lines to the Radiator. Place the last component by installing the Radiator vent inlet hose to both the Radiator and Fan Shroud.

Use j 38185 (Hose Clamp Pliers) to attach the Radiator outlet hose and change the clamp position during the Radiator outlet hose reinstallation. After lowering the vehicle and finishing Radiator vent inlet hose installation the mechanic will return the transmission cooler lines along with reinstalling the Fan Shroud.

You must eliminate the Fan Shroud before lifting the vehicle high enough to remove the Radiator. Users should apply hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to relocate the outlet hose clamp from the Radiator before removing the outlet Radiator Hose. Then secure the grille as well as the Radiator mount bracket and the Radiator mounting bracket bolt while tightening them to 28 n.m (21 lb ft). When the vehicle reaches its previous height install the Radiator outlet hose to the Radiator while you position the Radiator outlet hose clamp using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) and connect the transmission cooler lines before lowering the vehicle to add the Radiator vent inlet hose and the Fan Shroud.

A technician starts Radiator replacement by removing the Fan Shroud along with raising the vehicle. At the end of this process you should reconnect the transmission cold lines to the vehicle followed by lowering the vehicle before installing the Radiator vent inlet hose and a final installation of the Fan Shroud.

Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator, followed by the transmission cooler lines.
