How to replace the lower fan shroud on 2005 Chevrolet Express 2500?

Before starting the lower Fan Shroud replacement process it is necessary to remove both the coolant recovery reservoir and the air cleaner assembly from the engine. First remove the Fan Shroud bolts numbered 1, 3 and 4 then remove the Fan Shroud pieces 2 and 5. The installation process requires you to first install the Fan Shroud (2,5) but always follow the instructions mentioned in the fastener notice of service precautions. You should install the Fan Shroud bolts (1,3,4) following the tightening procedure to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). The installation process ends with replacing the air cleaner assembly followed by the coolant recovery reservoir.
