The hose clamp pliers (J 38185 (SA9111E)) should be used to ease the clamp tension around the radiator so it can lock before you take off the radiator inlet hose from the radiator. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185 (SA9111E)) should be employed to free up tension on the hose clamp at the Thermostat Housing while it operates in lock position before you extract the radiator inlet hose from the housing. Prior to installation position the radiator inlet hose at the Thermostat Housing then utilize a small flat-bladed instrument to unharness the hose clamp securement at the Thermostat Housing. The installation process requires reinstallation of the left side diagonal brace followed by filling the cooling system.
