How to replace the upper fan shroud (w/o RPO M74) on 2005 GMC Yukon?

First, loosen and pull out the air cleaner out duct in order to remove the upper fan shroud. Then take out throttle body heater hose retainer and inlet radiator hose retainer of the fan shroud. The second step involves removing the old top fan shroud and fitting the new one making sure all the retainers and ducts are refitted accordingly.
