  A: The first step to replace the engine front cover requires disconnecting the negative Battery Cable and removing the ecu module and generator assembly and coolant overflow reservoir and Power Steering Reservoir as well as both left and right camshaft covers. Start by removing the upper Radiator Hose then extract the Water Pump along with the engine splash shield and crankshaft balancer and drive belt tensor before you detach the engine front cover from the engine block. Installation begins with placing the Water Pump and camshaft covers (left and right) back onto the engine followed by the engine front cover. To complete the installation sequence connect the drive belt tensor followed by the crankshaft balancer and coolant overflow reservoir then Power Steering Reservoir then upper Radiator Hose followed by the generator assembly and engine splash shield and ecu module before reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
