How to replace the front crankshaft seal on 2006 Buick LaCrosse?

The replacement of front crankshaft oil seal starts by taking out the crankshaft balancer. The Seal Remover tool (J 45000) enables the extraction process of the crankshaft oil seal. The front crankshaft oil seal must be fitted without any lubrication on the crankshaft front or sealing surfaces of the crankshaft balancer. The Oil Seal Installer (J 29184) combined with an equivalent tool helps users accurately install the crankshaft front oil seal before reattaching the crankshaft balancer.
