After you use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to adjust the outlet Radiator Hose clamp you should remove both the outlet Radiator Hose from the Radiator and then disconnect the transmission cooler lines. The first step includes lowering the vehicle and then eliminating the cooling fan and shroud alongside removing the Radiator support diagonal brace. The next step involves removing both the coolant recovery line as well as disconnecting the shroud side panels from the Radiator. Finally lift out the Radiator while uninstalling bolts that fasten the condenser to the Radiator. First install the condenser onto the Radiator and tighten the bolts to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.). After administering the Radiator followed by the installation of cooling fan and shroud. The outlet Radiator Hose receives installation onto the Radiator by raising the vehicle for hose clamp pliers (J 38185) operation to reposition the clamp before connecting the transmission cooler lines.
