The lower Intake Manifold bolt threads need gm p/n 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) sealer when new fasteners are not used. Sequence the lower Intake Manifold bolt installation by first torqueing them to 13 nm (115 inch lbs.) then 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.) before ending at 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). The lower Intake Manifold bolt torque requirements begin at 13 nm (115 inch lbs.), then move to 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.) followed by a final torque of 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.).
