  A: Start the Blower Motor replacement by disconnecting its electrical connector followed by taking out all lower cover retaining screws and the cover itself. Use a utility knife to cut through the lower case between circular ribs around the motor while being cautious not to damage the part since the motor cup must also be replaced. Dislodge the tab holding the Blower Motor in place and lift the motor from its mounting point. Fasten the Blower Motor into the motor cup by using the provided nuts, tighten them to 21lb in (2.4Nm). Insert the service ring onto the motor cup and tighten it with kit screws to 1.8 n.m (15 lb in). Insert the screws from the kit to join both Blower Motor and service ring components to the hvac module, placing the Blower Motor connector back end first according to vehicle configuration. Tighten each screw to a torque of 1.8 n.m (15 lb in). Reinstall the lower Blower Motor cover by putting in its retaining screws and tightening them to 1.8 n.m (15 lb in). Also reattach the Blower Motor electrical connector at the end.
