  A: One must start the front door window regulator replacement by uninstalling the side front door trim panel. The replacement process starts with removing the front door water deflector then detaching the door window. Separate the window regulator electrical connecter before unfastening the nuts that secure the window regulator. Pull both sides of the window regulator assembly towards each other while removing it from the door through the available opening. Start the installation by placing the regulator cable with foam covering on the outside part of the door before putting the window regulator inside its proper slot. Fasten the window regulator nuts and secure them to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). Position the window glass onto the window regulator before fastening it with bolts at 7 N.m (61 lb in).
