The first step to replace the visteon Evaporator core involves removing the hvac module followed by disconnecting the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator. The Evaporator cover requires its screws to be removed before the hvac module assembly can be exposed. Whitening the Evaporator and Evaporator cowl gasket free from the Evaporator allows you to take out the Evaporator core from the hvac module assembly . The installation process of the Evaporator core requires its placement back into the hvac module assembly while also adding refrigerant oil to the core when replacing the condenser. The Evaporator cowl gasket should be mounted onto the Evaporator before placing the Evaporator cover onto the hvac module assembly . Secure these pieces with screws tightened to 2 n.m (18 lb in). Connect the electrical connector of the recirculation actuator to the hvac module assembly and reinstall its components.
