One must begin the txv thermal expansion valve replacement in the auxiliary system by removing the Evaporator core then slowly removing sealer adjacent to the txv. The detachment of the clip that retains the capillary tube from the Evaporator core must be executed while you record the original tube positioning and direction. Subtract the txv from the core after disconnecting the Evaporator tube connections from the device. Attach the txv to the core before linking the Evaporator tube connections then tighten all fittings to 28 n.m (21 lb ft). Installation of the clip should securely fasten the capillary tube to the Evaporator core following the recorded placement during disassembly. Reinstall the Evaporator core after sealing the txv with the same amount of sealer as taken initially.
