How to replace the turn signal flasher on 2006 GMC Savana 3500?

The turn signal flasher can be replaced by removing the left knee bolster bracket, removing the turn/hazard flasher out of the Instrument Panel Support and disconnection of the electrical connector. Install the new flasher, place it back on the Instrument Panel Support and the left knee bolster bracket can be reconnected.
