  A: The vehicle should be both raised and supported before placing a drain pan under the transaxle bottom Oil Pan. Use an Oil Pan bolt remover on the front and side bolts while applying a torque of 4 turns to the rear bolts to avoid breaking the mating surfaces thereby preventing oil leakage. Strike the Oil Pan with a rubber mallet or gently pry it with a screwdriver to draining the fluid. Proceed by removing the remaining Oil Pan bolts and the Oil Pan as well as the Oil Pan Gasket.
