Start the quarter window switch replacement process by taking away the courtesy lamp lens followed by removing the overhead console screw. Complete the removal process of the fasteners when you pull down on the overhead console while disconnecting its electrical connectors from the console. Insert pliers to squeeze the retainers before carefully moving the power quarter window/multi-function switch backward from its housing. You should install the power quarter window/multi-function switch by inserting it into the overhead console opening and repeating the electrical connector connections. Press the console into the vehicle alignment to secure it with the fasteners. Insert the overhead console screw using pliers then tighten it to 2 N.m (18 lb in) without changing the lens position. Push the courtesy lamp lens into the console until it is set.
