Start the procedure of engine coolant fan lower shroud (Mechanical) replacement by removing the cooling fan first. To replace the engine coolant fan lower shroud (Mechanical) you need to detach the oil cooler hose clip which should be attached to the lower Fan Shroud. To free the upper Fan Shroud from Radiator retaining clips you should lift it upwards. Install the lower Fan Shroud by placing it at the center point of the lower Radiator support. Reinstall the cooling fan after attaching the oil cooler hose clip to the lower Fan Shroud if needed.
