The first step for installation requires attaching the egr pipe to the Intake Manifold alongside the lower bolt before tightening it to 12 n.m (106 lb in). Mount the EGR Valve by tightening its pipe mounting bolts to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Proceed by lowering the vehicle and complete the egr pipe install by screwing its mounting bolts to the Intake Manifold with a torque value of 12 n.m (106 lb in).
