How to replace the Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe on 2007 Chevrolet Express 2500?

The oil cooler which is either included in the radiator or a separate unit has serviceable lines and hoses. Removing the oil cooler hose, undo the lines, remove the hose assembly and examine it. Install the new assembly using a gasket and make sure that it has a firm connection and reconnect the hoses.
