How to Replace a Radiator Hose for LU3, LR4, LM7, and LQ4 on 2007 Chevrolet Express 3500?

The replacement of the Radiator inlet hose begins with draining part of the cooling system for models lu3, lr4, lm7, and lq4. Position the hose pliers (J 38185) at the Radiator inlet clamp before moving it to the position at the Thermostat Housing. You must remove the Radiator inlet hose from its positions at both the Radiator and the Thermostat Housing. Begin by replacing the Radiator inlet hose after you remove the old one by securing it first onto the Radiator before moving it to the Thermostat Housing. The hose pliers (J 38185) should be used to install hose clamps at the Thermostat Housing and the Radiator inlet housing before filling the cooling system.
