Start by disconnecting the Starter Solenoid's positive Battery Cable nut and proceeding to remove both the Battery Cable and engine wiring harness terminal from the solenoid. Begin by taking off the "s" terminal nut from the Starter Solenoid while also removing the engine wiring harness terminal from the solenoid. Start by removing the bolts which hold the Starter motor then remove the Starter motor from the vehicle. Before installation place the Starter motor onto the engine block while keeping Starter motor bolts tight at 53 n.m (39 lb ft). Install the engine wiring harness terminal onto the Starter Solenoid before applying the Starter Solenoid "s" terminal nut with 3 n.m torque setting (27 lb in). To install the engine wiring harness terminal and positive Battery Cable at the Starter Solenoid requires fastening the positive Battery Cable nut to 10 n.m (89 lb in) torque spec. The procedure ends with a vehicle-mounted position followed by negative Battery Cable reattachment.
