How to Replace the Motor and Transmission Mount for RPO Z85 and ZQ8 on 2007 GMC Canyon?

In order to replace the transmission mount for RPO Z85 and ZQ8 vehicles first raise and support the vehicle then activate the transmission jack to support the transmission. First dismantle the two nuts which connect the transmission mount to the transmission support then elevate the transmission away from the support before removing the mount-to-transmission bolts. After installing your new transmission mount onto the vehicle verify proper placement of the mount to transmission bolts before tightening them to 60 N.m (44 lb ft). Before final tightening secure the transmission support with its two nuts at 57 N.m (42 lb ft). Lower the vehicle while removing the transmission jack.
