How to Replace the Motor and Transmission Mount for RPO Z85 and ZQ8 on 2006 GMC Canyon?

Start by elevating the vehicle then using a transmission jack for support before you can begin the replacement of rpo z85 and zq8 transmission mount. Begin by unscrewing the two transmission mount nuts which fasten the mount to the support. After lifting the transmission free of the support you can remove all mount to transmission bolts. Install the new transmission mount by securing it to the transmission bolts before torquing bolts to 60 nm (44 ft. Lbs.). Secure the transmission with two nuts on its support while tightening them to 57 nm (42 ft. Lbs.). Lower the vehicle while removing the transmission jack.
