How to replace the fuel tank module on 2008 Buick LaCrosse?

In order to access the fuel tank module, you have to take out the fuel tank and unconnect the connectors of the fuel sender module. Unlock fuel sender lock ring using Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench. Check the lock ring, whether it is warped, change it. Install the new fuel sender seal and reconnect the parts then reinstate the fuel tank.
