The electrical connector from the master cylinder fluid level sensor must be removed before setting it aside. You must disengage the reservoir outlet hose by using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) and afterwards move the clamp and remove the outlet hose. Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to reposition the reservoir inlet hose clamp before removing the reservoir inlet hose. Start by disconnecting the low coolant sensor electrical connector from the reservoir before removing both the tank bolt and nut. Install the reservoir by putting it into position before connecting the low coolant sensor electrical connector. Attach the reservoir nut first then tighten it to 9 n.m (80 lb in) before installing and tightening the reservoir bolt to 9 n.m (80 lb in). The hoses need clean coolant lubrication before their installation inside the diameters. After securing the hose clamp with hose clamp pliers (J 38185) attach the reservoir inlet hose to its designated location. Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to fasten the reservoir outlet hose clamp after connecting its outlet hose. The cooling system needs fluid while you reconnect the master cylinder fluid level sensor's electrical connector.
