How to replace the rear side door window motor on 2008 Chevrolet Colorado?

The first step for replacing the rear side door Window Regulator motor requires removal of the rear door Window Regulator assembly. First remove the bolts which connect the rear Window Regulator motor to the regulator bracket before detaching the motor from the regulator. The rear Window Regulator motor needs to be fitted onto the regulator while strictly following the fastener notice that contains safety instructions. You should mount the motor to the regulator bracket through bolt installation and tighten the bolts to 4.5 n.m (40 lb in). Finish the process by putting back the rear door Window Regulator.
