    Q:
How to replace the front side door window motor on Chevrolet Colorado? Posted by Customer
    A:
The process of replacing the front side door Window Motor begins by releasing tension from the counterbalance spring because the regulator lift arm can cause injury. Understandably begin by taking away the front door Window Regulator followed by drilling a single aperture from the Window Regulator bracket into the lift arm. The lift arm requires installation of a nut along with a bolt through the opening. Slice off the bolts which keep the front Window Motor in place on the regulator bracket before extracting the motor. Install the front Window Motor to the regulator by putting the bolts into the regulator bracket before tightening them to 4.5 n.m (40 lb in). Put together the front Window Regulator by first removing its nut and bolt through which the lift arm passes.
