In order to install a new radiator, use new insulators to avoid looseness. Take out the air cleaner and coolant recovery reservoir. Uncouple the hose and cooler lines using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers. Take out the radiator, the fan shroud bolts, and inspect. Install all over again and verify fluids.
