In order to change the radiator, fit new insulators. Take out the air cleaner assembly and coolant recovery reservoir. Clamping Hose clamp pliers to remove hoses and cooler lines. Take fan shroud bolts out, remove radiator, and examine parts. Install all over again and make sure there are no problems with fluids.
