How to replace the Leaf Spring Shackle on 2008 Chevrolet Express 3500?

In order to install a spring shackle the vehicle and rear axle have to be raised and supported. Installation Remove old shackle on the frame bracket and leaf spring. Fit the new shackle, clamping it to the frame bracket and leaf spring. Lastly, take off the rear axle support and drop the car.
