How to replace the torsion bar and support assembly on 2008 Chevrolet Express 3500?

The torsion bar and support assembly must be replaced, and to do this, one should take the vehicle up and apply the Torsion Bar Unloading/Loading Tool to take the tension away. Take off the adjustment tap bolt and nut, then torsion bar. Install new support, tighten bolts with new torsion bars. Install the tool again, load the torsion bar and reposition accordingly.
