How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2008 Chevrolet Uplander?

In order to change the valve stem oil seal and the valve spring, make sure that the piston is at top dead center. Move the spark plug and rocker arm off then insert a Spark Plug Port Adapter to clamp the valve. Compress the valve spring, fit and take out parts, lubricate the valve stem and refit.
