How to replace the rear sway bar link with a twist axle on 2008 Chevrolet Uplander?

In order to install a rear twist axle instead of the sway bar link, hoist and stand the vehicle. Take out the top and bottom nuts, and the sway bar connection. Install the new link making sure it is installed correctly and fixing the nuts. Lastly, reassemble the tire and drop the vehicle.
