Take out the front air deflector followed by the removal of the accumulator bag plug while keeping track of all PAG oil lost from the accumulator bag to preserve the proper total system amount. The second step is to take off the old accumulator bag before adding the fresh one. The technician should apply lubrication to the accumulator bag plug O-rings before installation but must tighten the plug to only 2.9 Nm (26 lb in). Return the front air deflector to its position before lowering the vehicle. The required amount of oil should be added before the system receives an evacuation and recharging process. Perform a fitting leak test of the component using J 39400-A.
