The first step to replace Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe requires raising and supporting the vehicle. Begin by removing the front air deflector replacement and place an oil drain pan under the vehicle. The Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe removal process starts with disconnecting it from the external oil cooler then removing its clip first from the Fan Shroud and second from the engine. Disconnect and discard both external Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe seals before removing the engine plumbing system from the vehicle. Start installation by installing fresh Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe seals before attaching the external Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe to the vehicle until the quick connect fitting engages properly. The Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe clip must be attached to both the engine and Fan Shroud but a quick connect fitting verification check should be conducted.
