  A: The first step to replace a direct Fuel Injector requires disconnecting the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the Fuel Injector harness connector before taking off the Intake Manifold assembly. You must first relieve high side fuel system pressure by using ch 48027 or without it to disconnect the high pressure Fuel Pump's engine wiring harness electrical connector before taking off the engine wiring harness clip from the high pressure Fuel Pump cover.
