The task begins by removing the transmission so the engine Flywheel can be swapped with an automatic transmission. The first step includes discarding all Flywheel bolts then taking out the Flywheel. Installation of the new Flywheel begins by placing it on the Crankshaft though precise fastener handling precautions must be followed. Fitting the new Flywheel bolts requires use of the j 45059 (Angle Meter) tool to achieve a torque of 40 nm (30 lb ft) with an additional 45-degree angle. Finally, reinstall the transmission.
