How to Replace a Blower Motor Resistor Assembly on 2009 Chevrolet Express 2500?

To install a new Blower Motor Resistor assembly, remove the electrical connectors from the old one at the beginning. After that, remove the resistor to Blower Motor wire from the retainer on the heat case. Take out the Blower Motor Resistor assembly retaining screws , then lift the assembly from the Evaporator and blower module. When installing, place the Blower Motor Resistor assembly and remember to use the fastener caution guide. Put the blower resistor assembly retaining screws in place and tighten them to 2 nm (18 lb in). After connecting the wires from the Blower Motor to the resistor to the retainer on the heater case, attach the electrical connectors to the resistor assembly.
