    Q:
How to Replace a Blower Motor Resistor Assembly on Chevrolet Express 3500? Posted by Customer
    A:
To install the new Blower Motor Resistor assembly you must disconnect its electric connections plus those of the blower itself. You cannot work on the Blower Motor relay when it appears in the Blower Motor Resistor. Pull off the retaining screws from the Blower Motor Resistor assembly and lift the assembly out of the Evaporator and blower module unit. Carefully place the Blower Motor Resistor assembly on top of the Evaporator and blower module assembly then attach it using retaining screws and tighten them to 2 n.m (18 lb in). Reestablish the electrical wires to both units: the Blower Motor Resistor assembly and the Blower Motor.
