The installation of j 44811 (Accessory Belt Tensioner Unloader) on the Drive Belt tensioner creates counterclockwise rotation to eliminate Drive Belt tension before belt removal. The j 44811 can be taken off the tensioner when the tensioner has rested after rotating both components clockwise. Set the new Drive Belt on all pulleys except the tensioner before using the j 44811 to install it to the tensioner. Afterward rotate the tool counterclockwise. Install the Drive Belt beneath the tensioner pulley and use tensioner clockwise rotation to guide the pulley onto the Drive Belt. Install the engine splash shield together with the air cleaner assembly as the last step of the procedure.
