Disconnect the oil pan and cylinder head to get a new piston, connecting rod and bearing. If there is a ring ridge, use a ridge reamer to punch out the ridge. Label the connecting rods and caps and take them off. Wash the cylinder bores and fit the piston, taking care that it is correctly aligned. Replace the cylinder head and oil pan.
