    A: The first step to replace the Bank 1 (Right Side) Intake Camshaft Position Sensor requires removal of engine mount strut and bracket. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector which controls the bank 1 intake camshaft position (CMP) sensor and then remove the CMP sensor bolt and sensor . During installation you should attach the CMP sensor along with its bolt while tightening the bolt to reach 10 Nm torque (89 lb in). Reinstall the engine mount strut and bracket after connecting the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the bank 1 intake CMP sensor .
