How to replace the rear Motor and Transmission Mount on an AWD on 2010 Buick LaCrosse?

Replacing the awd vehicle's transmission rear mount requires vehicle lift and support before continuation. First remove the propeller shaft before using a suitable jack to support the transaxle. A slight reduction in mount weight through the jack allows technicians to remove transaxle mount fasteners from the frame. Cease the transaxle mount through bolt first so you can remove the transaxle mount from your vehicle. First remove all Transfer Case fasteners from the transaxle bracket before extracting it from the vehicle. Begin the installation by setting the transaxle bracket against the transaxle before starting the transaxle mount bracket to Transfer Case bolts by hand. Drive the Transfer Case bracket bolts to a torque of 100 nm (74 lb ft). Secure the frame-mounted transaxle mount first before securing the longer transaxle mount frame bolt to 62 nm (46 lb ft) then using the shorter transaxle mount frame bolts to 100 nm (74 lb ft). Use a through bolt and turn it to 100 nm torque (74 lb ft). Set the transaxle aside and attach its bracket to transaxle mount upper nuts before tightening them to 100 nm (74 lb ft). Lower the vehicle while placing and tightening the propeller shaft.
