A: To remove the left transmission mount, the battery box must be removed first. After that, install the engine support fixture and lift the vehicle. Drop the front & rear transmission mount through bolts. Lower the vehicle and take out its transmission mount to transmission bolts. Makin use of the engine support, drop the transmission lower enough to get clearance of the left transmission mount then undo the transmission mount bolting to frame rail and extract the left transmission mount . For the installation, the new left transmission mount and secure it with transmission mount to frame rail bolt and tighten to 22 Nm (16lb ft). Increase the transmission until it is touching the left transmission mount, you will also need to use new bolts for the transmission mount to transmission bolts which you will need to tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft) and further an additional 60-75 degrees. Replace the wheel and tyre assembly back, then lift up the vehicle again. Mount the rear transmission mount through bolt and tighten it to 105 Nm (77 lb ft), then the front transmission mount through bolt to 100 Nm (74 lb ft). Lastly, a drop the vehicle, disinstall the engine support fixture, and reinstalls the battery box.
