Begin the A/C Switch replacement by removing the instrument panel accessory trim plate. The procedure starts with unscrewing HVAC Control Module assembly fasteners while following up with the removal of electrical connectors from the HVAC Control Module assembly. First connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC Control Module assembly and install it into the i/p by tightening screws to 1.9 nm (17 lb in). Reinstall the i/p accessory trim plate before following control module references for setup procedures and replacement instructions.
