    A: Here one will first unplug the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the front and the rear knock sensor as required. Unplug the front knock sensor clip from the oil level indicator tube, the rear knock sensor clip from the intake manifold brace if required. Take off and loosen the correct knock bolt and sensor. For installation, turn the applicable knock sensor against the engine block making sure you rotate the pigtail 90 degrees from vertical before tightening the fastener. Tighten the appropriate knock bolt 25 Nm (18 lb ft), and reinstall the front knock sensor clip to the oil level indicator tube and rear knock sensor clip to the intake angle brace, in required. Lastly, connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the rear and front knock sensors.
