To install a new valve rocker arm and push rod, the valve rocker arm cover has to be removed first. Prepare the parts to be re-installed. Take off the rocker arm bolts, the arms and pushrods. Apply lubricant at re-installation and get it seated correctly. Install the cover by tightening the bolts as required.
