Removal of instrument panel assembly is to be done by disconnection of negative battery cable, draining of coolant and removal of heater hoses. Retrieve refrigerant, filler holes, and detach all sorts of components such as HVAC block, and instrument panel trim. To install, change seals, re-connect wiring and make sure bolts are tightened properly. Lastly, replace the cooling fluid and re-attach the battery.
